Robyn Wigmore Real Estate

We recently teamed up with Gold Coast based real estate agent, Robyn Wigmore, to help make over her client gifting strategy. Traditionally real estate agents like to give gift baskets and bottles of champagne when a home settles, but Robyn was ready for a change. She often receives calls from clients years after they bought or sold with her, meaning it’s important to try and stay on their minds. We figured that by gifting them something that can be kept (on display!) for that long might help “keep the memory alive”.

What she asked for.

Rather than give each client something different, Robyn wanted to find a signature arrangement that was on brand for her and neutral enough that it would suit her clients’ various homes. Since many of her clients are male, we decided that a solid, neutral vase was the way to go, with blooms that weren’t too fussy. The final choice was Gemma, one of our bestsellers. Large enough to make a statement, but small enough to suit hallways and coffee tables, she ticked every box.

What she thought.

While I’ve always tried to give my clients something they can keep, it isn’t easy to find gifts that can also be left on display (normally I settle on a recipe book). It felt wonderful giving her such a stunning arrangement knowing that she’ll be thinking of me every time she looks at it. My days of giving gift baskets are definitely a thing of the past.
